Test status reporting at both the detailed and management information level.
Experience of having designed and implemented test frameworks on large scale programs and enhancing existing test processes A strong understanding of test management processes, design techniques, and best practice Knowledge of Specification based Black Box, Structured based White Box and or Experience based testing techniques.
Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status Presenting test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vs actual.
Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams Experience in developing detailed Test Planning and Strategies Test status reporting at both the detailed and management information level Experience of having designed and implemented test frameworks on large scale program and enhancing existing test processes A strong understanding of test management processes, design techniques, and best practice Knowledge of Specification based Black Box, Structured based White Bo and /or Experience based testing techniques A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle Apply different estimating methods to estimate timescales, effort and costs for the testing phases Responsible for producing the overall test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable milestones, test tasks and activities whilst deciding whether automation tools can be used.
Manage a large testing capability, resources and testing process from project initiation to post implementation review and extended wellness Show slippage and develop strategies to recover and will own and resolve issues around the technical solution delivered into the business test environment Ensure that all test phases have proper entry / exit criteria and for monitoring achievement of these criteria and for obtaining sign-off against these prior to Go Live Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting Monitor and report the status and progress of each test phase to different stakeholders and to agreed Quality Assurance standards.
Utilize functional automation tools to extend capability of Business Acceptance Test Prepares and approves standard operating procedures, protocols and other technical documentation.
