Construction Lead

The CW Surface Project Lead will assume a substantial role for the Bakken Basin. They will provide onsite supervising and coordinating of facility construction, surface maintenance, compressor installation in an assigned geographical area. Your responsibilities may include:
You will be a safety leader. Participate in the LSRV and BBS programs. Executing corrective maintenance activities including supporting the defect elimination process. Interfacing with key support groups and customers to ensure goal alignment with Asset & Operating Integrity (A&OI) program & Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements. Directing all assigned well operations, construction, and maintenance activities to ensure that work is performed In compliance with Company safety policies/procedures as well as all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements Driving continuous improvement by developing new philosophies and maintenance tactics Leading the maintenance and reliability efforts within the asset to improve equipment reliability while focusing on the management of field maintenance activities. Working with Operations to ensure proper prioritization of work. Managing of Change/Risk assessment responsibilities. Maintaining a close link with planning and scheduling function to drive strict discipline in observation of the various work schedules. Coordinating with engineering and operations to achieve established objectives to ensure accurate project completion as per design requirements and to minimize interruptions. Reviewing invoices and verifying billing, expenditures, and cost-control on assigned projects. You will be training and/or auditing contract personnel on policies and procedures. Driving contractor safety through HSE Management System & Contractor management, safety orientations and management reviews with vendors Establishing procedures and guidelines and ensures that all work activities are performed according to the established procedures, guidelines, and schedules. Leading and participating in incident investigations when needed. Basic/Required:
Current/ Valid Driver's License 7
years of experience in oil and gas field operations with corrective maintenance and construction. Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodations) to operate a motor vehicle and drive long distances. Preferred:

years of direct maintenance experience Extensive working knowledge of field operations, construction operations Proven ability to handle multiple projects. Strong leadership, mentoring, team building, and people development skills Builds positive relationships based on trust and strives to seek collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals.
