Noodles Restaurant Cook RESPONSIBILITIES Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcomeTake guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactionsFollow Noodles & Company's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shiftDemonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu itemsServe food to guests in a courteous and timely mannerQuickly and accurately prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwichesCheck food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure that food is fresh and safe to serveFollow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipmentMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areasEffectively handle guest concerns and complaintsWork as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shiftActs with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Noodles & CompanyMaintains regular and consistent attendance and punctualityContributes to a positive team environmentPosition may include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities Must adhere to appearance standards Free Shift Meal Noodles Restaurant Cook KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS Excellent guest service skills requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethicAbility to communicate effectively with guests and team membersAbility to work nights, weekends and holidaysMust be at least 16 years of age Recommended Skills Adaptability Communication Customer Service Friendliness Hardworking And Dedicated Interpersonal Skills Apply to this job.
