Qualifications Registration by the State of North Dakota Board of NursingCertification for Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS)Associate's Degree in NursingNo experience requiredStrong oral communications skillsAbility to deal with conflict and difficult peopleStrong critical thinking skillsKnowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processesAbility to manage multiple prioritiesMedical-Surgical Unit and/or Long-Term Care RN experience preferred Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Communication Critical Thinking Long Term Care Nursing Nursing Process Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
